Erwin Chargaff:
He discovered that the amount of adenine and thymine nucleotides and guanine and cytosine had the same percentages in any sample of DNA. Therefore discovering that A=T ans G=C. This is called "Chargaff's rule."
Rosalind Franklin:
She discoved the structure of DNA. She used x-ray diffraction to get her information. She discoverd, through this process, that the structure of DNA is like sprongs and coild called a helix.
Watson and Crick:
They made the first modle of DNA. This model explained the specific structure and properties of DNA. They based their diagram off of Franklin's x-ray photo.
